I recently was in Parksville and stayed in the Tigh Na Mara resort. It was beautiful. The suite was warm and cozy, clean and had a great decor. I cozied up on the most comfortable bed, with the fireplace running all the while I was also watching TV. Across the way where the Grotto Spa was, inside was an indulgent way to relax. I got to swim and relax in a mineral pool. Good for relaxtion, detoxification. I left feeling rejuvinated, and energized. What a great idea for health purposes. I also browsed the spa store and among some of the products, i discoverd some spa treasures. I bought some theraputic mineral bath salts, as well as a five piece natural skincare set that has recieved some rave reviews in some magazines. Interesting that the company who makes the products are in Vancouver. The products were made by emminence. Some great finds at the spa store and spa!! I definetely will be back.

Make up

I recently was in Victoria and came across a great store that offers a wide range of awesome makeup and body care products. The name of the store was Gloss. I quickly fell in love with this store as it carried a lot of products you would see advertised in magazines but may not be readily available depending where you live. I loved the packaging of the Cargo makeup line, I tried their lipgloss quad oddly enough I picked the Vancouver palette, which is close to where i live. I also tried some Stila products, two eyeshadows and their mascara. I was very satisfied with my purchases. This store also carried the Jaqua line, Sundari, and Demeter Fragrances. I am sure to return and purchase some more products as makeup is a girls best friend...

I love experimenting with beauty products, and over the years I've come across some amazing wonderful products that I have fallen in love with. I would like to share some of my favorites with you.
